The 1/4 mile Drag Boat Races will take place at Wetumpka's Gold Star Park.

being the actual race.

The Alabama Community Healthy Marriage Initiative presents 5 Great Dates
starting September 12th.  The series will run for 5 consecutive Friday nights
from 6-8:30 p.m. Location: Auburn Church of Christ.  Married couples will
learning the skills needed to improve their communication, conflict
management, and romance.  The first 10 couples who register and attend the
first 4 Friday nights will have receive either FREE dinner for 2 or FREE movie
tickets.  Childcare will be provided.  Couples should call Sandy Williams at
